Zen Sync not working

What happened?

I've installed and set up Zen on two Macbooks, set up sync, and signed into my Mozilla account via mobile and even pushed the sync multiple times from there. I'm now getting anything synced. It seems my workspaces are syncing, but my open tabs aren't. Happy to provide any details/screenshots/feedback I can for this.

Expected behavior

Two MacOs desktop Zen versions sync

Actual behavior

Zen seems to sync settings and workspaces, but not opentabs or history

Steps to reproduce

Install Zen on two separate Macs. Sign in via Mozilla mobile for sync. Initiate sync.

Got the same issue. (same architecture and version)

Only synchronized extension and bookmarks.

But no sync of the workspace and the open tab. And that was my main requirement.

Zen has yet to implement their own syncing method and is shipped with the default Firefox's one. Furthermore, Firefox and Zen manage their tabs differently so it's given that Firefox sync is only reliable for bookmarks and extension.

Extensions like ublock origin are able to sync their own settings using firefox sync, so it should be possible for zen to also sync the workspaces and current tab
