What happened?

The 'Restore pinned tabs to their originally pinned URL on startup' option is essentially not working, Pinned Tabs doesn't get reset to their original URL on Startup.

Expected behavior

Pinned Tabs Reset to their originally Pinned URL

Actual behavior

Pinned Tabs stays on their currently loaded URL

Steps to reproduce

1. Turn on 'Restore pinned tabs to their originally pinned URL on startup' from Settings > Tab Management
2. Pin a Tab
3. Navigate to somewhere else inside the Pinned Tab
4. Close Zen
5. Reopen Zen, the pinned tab will stay at that navigated place instead of Resetting back to the originally pinned URL

I would like to add that this issue also exists on Linux. What more is that the context menu is messed up now with some options lacking labels, and no "replace pinned URL with current" option available anymore!

Tested on linux (tarball) 1.18t and indeed: pinned tabs are not restored to their base URL when enabling that setting.
(the context menu is normal here, looks like there might be a mod involved there)

It does not reset pinned tab to the original url when closing twilight

I am on Linux since the report of this and I don't see this issue on v1.19.10b. However, I am not sure if any of the other users, @BDster88 @meliwenn @Propheticus @abdulrahim-ss, are experiencing it anymore.
