Workspace assigned bookmarks don't sync correctly

What happened?

After adding bookmarks to specific workspaces and moving to another computer; the bookmarks are set to all workspaces, not the specific ones they should be in.

Expected behavior

Bookmarks assigned to a workspace should sync between devices

Actual behavior

Bookmarks are not added to a specific workspace when synced, and show on all workspaces

Steps to reproduce

1. create some workspaces
2. add bookmarks to each and assign them to the specific workspace
3. see that they don't show up on other workspaces
4. sync to account
5. on another device, sync to get new changes
6. restart browser ( idk why I have to do this, but new workspaces don't work until I do )
7. see all bookmarks on all workspaces

The issue is not resolved yet and can still be reproduces using the steps mentioned above by you earlier.

Yea, I already switched browsers so I don't care anymore
