What's new in v1.6

Bug fixes

  • Fixed crash on devices where EmulationStation kills child processes on stop (KillMode=control-group) — launcher now detaches from ES process group via setsid
  • Fixed display initialization on non-R36S dArkOSRE devices: auto-detects SDL video backend (kmsdrm / fbdev) if not set by the system

Installation

Copy R36.Tuner.Next.sh to /opt/system/ and launch from the dArkOSRE options menu.

scp "R36.Tuner.Next.sh" ark@<device-ip>:/opt/system/

First launch extracts bundled tools (~30s, one time only).
