Summary

This version adds support for Mermaid 12, with updated diagram styling and consistent colors across light and dark themes. It also improves anchor handling and scroll restoration, bringing reloads and history navigation closer to native browser behavior and fixing unexpected jumps during rapid Back and Forward navigation.

It also adds 16 new icons and updates dependencies.
