First stable release of webcontrol-mcp.

• MCP server with 5 tools: open_page, click, fill, screenshot, get_text
• Works with Claude Desktop, Cursor, and any MCP client
• Optional native helper (helper-setup.exe, Windows only): speeds up screenshots up to 5x

The helper is optional — the server works fine without it. See the README for setup instructions.
