Changes

Breaking: OMP binary decoupled from app bundle

• Ompcot now uses the system-installed omp from your PATH at runtime (instead of bundling a specific version)
• brew upgrade omp now picks up the latest omp without rebuilding Ompcot
• The OMP_BIN env var can override which omp binary is used
• omp version is now resolved at runtime via omp --version

Fixes

• Fixed pre-existing syntax error: method names with spaces in transport.js (listOMP Packages → listOMPPackages, etc.)

Internals

• Removed scripts/omp-version.json and scripts/fetch-omp-binary.js bundling logic
• Removed auto-update-pi-version CI workflow (no longer needed)
• Added Tauri updater plugin configuration with signing keys
