Release v4.6.0

fix(clash-rules): resilient startup when WAN/DNS unavailable

  • On cold boot without internet, clash-rules could hang while resolving
    subscription server names. Defer subscription parsing from the startup
    path, use the existing IP cache (including stale entries) for firewall
    RETURN rules, bound DNS lookups with a timeout, and refresh the cache
    from the WAN-up hotplug hook once connectivity is available.

UI rebuild and hardened mihomo installer

  • Bump luci-app-ssclash to 4.6.0, refresh bundled dashboard assets, and
    update README install/kernel examples (mihomo v1.19.27).
  • Harden install-ssclash.sh: derive mihomo arch from DISTRIB_ARCH (mirroring
    LuCI settings.js), fix armv6/armv7 selection, add mips soft/hardfloat plus
    riscv64/loong64/mips64, fetch mihomo version via GitHub API instead of HTML
    scraping, and bound all curl downloads with --max-time.
  • Keep settings.js architecture logic in sync (Cortex-A -> armv7) and add the
    same download timeout for kernel installs from the web UI.
