Fixes

• Subtitle translation is now selected by default during onboarding.
• Starting a meeting with a translation target automatically downloads the required subtitle translation model, then starts the meeting once it is ready.
• Floating captions now open on the display containing the Brevia app window; a saved caption position from another display is not reused.
