v0.2.39

Fixes two transcript scrolling issues:

• Sending a message now moves smoothly to the top without overshooting, and finishing a response avoids the small scroll jump.
• Scrolling down works after returning to a window that streamed content below the fold while unfocused.

Validation: 602 UI tests passed. Eight matched Linux profiling runs found no material CPU or memory regression against v0.2.38. Native macOS performance was not remeasured.

Videos and performance evidence: #257
