Improved the stability of the synchronization process and significantly enhanced resistance to AWGN interference (15dB -> 4dB).

API change in C++ codes to use an IIR filter in the synchronization process:

bool PDDemodulator::process_frequency(double freq) -> bool PDDemodulator::process(float sample, double freq)

Python 3.10-3.12, Windows x64, macOS ARM64, Linux x86_64, Linux aarch64.
