v0.7.3 — Mobile sheet + deep-linked ? icon
Fixes
Two phone-reported issues from v0.7.
? icon now deep-links to the actual exercise page
The ? icon used to open a Wikipedia search, which often landed on a stub or a generic article with no exercise content. It now opens the exercise's dedicated folder in the source project:
Every one of the 873 bundled exercises has such a page (with the JSON metadata and any associated images). User-typed names that don't match the library get no ? icon, since there's nothing canonical to link to.
A footer credit at the bottom of the dropdown points to the browsable frontend at yuhonas.github.io/free-exercise-db/ for library browsing.
Mobile sheet mode
On phones (viewport ≤ 600 px), the autocomplete now opens as a full-screen overlay sheet instead of an inline dropdown, so the virtual keyboard no longer covers the suggestions. Desktop UX is unchanged.
Other open sources evaluated
I surveyed wger.de (CC-BY-SA, share-alike friction for a bundled dataset), wrkout/exercises.json (the parent of free-exercise-db, same data), exercemus (curated cross-ref), and ExerciseDB API (AGPL, network-only). free-exercise-db stays the best fit: Unlicense (public domain), stable IDs, every entry has a linkable page.
