What's new

  • ? opens a proper reference widget in a new tab — not a raw GitHub folder listing anymore. You get the exercise name, two demo images side-by-side, a chip row with muscles / level / force / mechanic / equipment / category, and numbered instructions. Source link to yuhonas/free-exercise-db at the bottom.
  • Full data is fetched from `dist/exercises.json` on the first click and cached in `localStorage` (`gym_ex_details`) so subsequent opens are instant and work offline.
  • README gained an "Exercise data source" section explaining why free-exercise-db was picked over wger, ExerciseDB, wrkout, and exercemus — and what AGPL is (GPL's "SaaS loophole closer") and why we keep AGPL-licensed data out of the bundle.
