• Fixed repo tweak update badges so failed installs no longer clear available updates.
• Repo tweak updates now stay as badges until you tap Update, instead of automatically entering the install queue.

• Repo tweaks can now declare iOS compatibility limits, with unsupported packages blocked while already-installed ones remain removable.
