Dedicated emergency-drain binaries for the testnet Athens drain (RFC 002). NOT a normal release; delete after the drain window.

Client = zetaclientd-drain, built from release/zetaclient/v38 @ 931e5c1 (-tags pebbledb,ledger,drain) — includes #4629 (rehearsal caps backport) and the #4630 BTC-selection fix backport. Matches the zetaclientd version testnet signers currently run.
Server = zetatool, built from main @ 0308847 (drain-payload --serve) — includes #4624 (rehearsal caps), #4630 (BTC fix), #4631 (e2e coverage).

Supersedes drain-testnet-20260812, which predates the rehearsal-cap feature entirely (built before #4624 merged) — do not use that one for a capped rehearsal.

Mainnet UNSET — cannot drain mainnet. Built by workflow run 32747565518.
