mysql-console v3.4.1 —— 修复升级检测失效

  • 修复「检查更新」恒显示"已是最新版本"：版本比较逻辑 compare() 符号写反，导致 has_update 恒为 False，顶栏徽标/更新说明/下载按钮全部不触发；该 bug 自自动更新功能引入（v3.2.0）起便存在并一路传播
  • 本版为首个修复升级 bug 的版本，v3.4.1 起可正常检测新版本并触发一键升级
    == 安装 ==
    Python>=3.10 + pymysql/cryptography；install.bat / install.sh[--service]；start → http://127.0.0.1:8090；首启向导。
