v1.2.0 — public auth seams, full coverage, open contribution

Minor release: the plugin now integrates through Hermes' public provider seams, every test is actually executed, and contributing is documented for humans and LLM agents.

Added:

• ProviderProfile.auth_handler (owns hermes auth add) + refresh_credential (pool-side rotation); no more writes into core private tables (#25)
• full suite honesty: Test* classes + provider-registration collected, single --collect-only source (69 -> 96 executed)
• CONTRIBUTING rewrite + operator checkpoints for LLM agents; stale pytest references fixed in both READMEs and the drift tracker (#26)

Proof: tools/run_tests.py -> passed=96 failed=0; hermes plugins validate -> ok true, no core override; upstream drift -> all wire constants OK.

v1.1.1 — native integration paths fixed

Patch release: the transport worked, the surrounding native interfaces did not. All verified live.

Fixed:

• core 2026-09-14 compat deadline: no more import of the condemned credential_sources.register shim (direct _REGISTRY append, identical behavior); auth add/list/status decoupled from the removal step; hermes plugins compat is clean.
• doctor was HTTP 404 on the /models probe (Google has no REST catalog here): profile opts out via supports_health_check=False; doctor shows key configured.
• tests: health-probe opt-out + removal-step contract (65/65).

Proof: 65/65 pytest green on both copies, live Hermes E2E OK after the change, auth status logged in.

v1.1.0 — native provider stands alone

The native provider no longer needs the local proxy sidecar. Install = copy this repo to $HERMES_HOME/plugins/model-providers/antigravity.

Fixed (closes #1, closes #2):

• Spurious 429s: public model IDs now route to Google runtime IDs (MODEL_ROUTING, effort-aware); transient 429s retried with backoff. A genuinely exhausted quota still returns 429 by design.
• HTTP 400 trio: per-model max_tokens clamp, recursive tool-schema sanitize (anyOf/oneOf/allOf), tool_call id on functionCall/functionResponse (upstream-canonical response.output shape).
• Native linkage: session envelope on every request, api_key declaration so the Hermes core registers the provider (hermes --provider antigravity works, proxy stopped).
• Proxy sidecar removed (proxy.py, start_proxy.py, install.sh).

Proof: 63/63 pytest green, live end-to-end via Hermes (simple, tools, 2nd turn, Claude) with the proxy process stopped.
