In this release, the internal thread system was refactored which increases stability. This also facilitates the control of the submission rate of the local scrobble cache to meet Last.fm requirements, i.e., maximum number of scrobbles per day, and 2 weeks. The rate is also consistent, without load variations throughout the day. If the cache size is small, e.g., less than 100 scrobbles, rate control is not used. Scrobble cache always drains in batches of maximum 10 items per slot (play/stop.. etc).

A bug was fixed related to authentication when it was not completed the first time (stopped by the user) and a foobar2000 restart was required to be able to perform it again.

Finally, if a different user authenticates, the local scrobble cache, if populated, is cleared.
