Changed: Extended the handling of Now Playing (NP) for the following use cases:
- Pause clears NP, resume sends it again.
- Stop clears NP. Quitting foobar2000 doesn't clear NP to avoid slowing down the shutdown process.
- "Pause scrobbling" from the menubar clears it, "Resume scrobbling" resends it when a track is playing and is not filter-excluded.
- "Disable Now Playing notifications" from preferences clears it, and sends it when gets unchecked while a track is playing.
- Unsetting/setting the FOO_SCROBBLER tag during playback: 1 to 0 clears it, 0 to 1 sends it.
- Moving to a track that is excluded by filters | tag is set to 0 | not in the library | missing artist/title -> clears the previous track's NP.
- Authenticating to Last.fm during playback sends NP.
- Editing playing track metadata resends it with the new title, if the track becomes excluded, clears it.
- Streams undergo the same rules.
- Debug console log prints "NowPlaying removed" when NP is cleared.
Fixed: Per-scrobble refusals within batches from Last.fm are now logged correctly to the console.
Fixed: Local tracks with no Artist field and a Title containing '-' now aren't parsed for NP. No scrobbling for these tracks either before or now.
