The per-harness keys (claudeBin, claudeArgs, grokBin, grokArgs, codexBin, codexArgs, claudeAuth, gateways) are deprecated, a file that sets both agents and an old key does not load, and resumeInterruptedTurns is gone. Run atc config migrate --write to move an old config.
