Drag-and-drop CSV fixing for Windows and macOS users who do not want to type commands.

run-windows.bat and run-macos.command
Creates original-name-fixed.csv next to the input
Refuses to overwrite existing output by default
Explicit --force escape hatch for scripted use
Real macOS launcher test: first run succeeds, second run fails closed
