Highlights: native Advisor tool schemas under PTC parents; bounded and deduplicated case packets; configurable model, mode, waits and timeout; visible Advisor messages and continuable consultations.

Validated locally with 200 checks and 213 installed-runtime checks against DSH 0.1.2-rc.1.
