• Replaced the native Help menu with a custom in-app HTML dropdown menu (current dsh / check dsh updates / refresh dsh page / community plugins / awesome-dsh-plugin / official website / about), synced with theme & language
• Added a View menu with OS-level content fullscreen mode (F11 to toggle); the custom top bar hides and the dsh view fills the window in fullscreen
