本版将照片校正、标尺拉正、一键校色与大图处理改进合并为一次稳定更新，保留现有简约猫狗、冷翡翠绿界面和编辑器内升级流程。

导入拍摄原图后，进入 图片工具 → 一键矫正与微调：先查看本地自动框选，再拖动四角调整；整体倾斜可沿参考边使用两点标尺拉正。校色同样支持先给建议、继续微调和取消。预览直接显示在真实画布，保留时生成一次撤销记录，工程继续保存原始图片。

下载与升级

• 首次安装：使用本页 polish-sci-figures-Studio-0.1.26-Setup-x64.exe，直接运行，无需解压。
• 已安装 Windows 用户：在编辑器点 更新 → 下载并准备更新 → 保存并确认 → 安装并重新打开，无需反复回 GitHub 找包或解压替换。
• Portable 是单独的便携分发，需要完整解压；Suite、Skill、Source 和 QA 附件供脚本用户与维护者使用。
• SHA256SUMS.txt 与 DELIVERY.json 对应初始八个附件；带 POSTRELEASE 的清单对应后加的同版本验收补充，原安装包和 tag 保持不变。

真实验收

PR #38 及其 main 合并提交均通过 8 项 CI。最终 Setup 完成实际安装、无外部 Python 自检、边框与专业轴草稿操作、公开 Iris 保存重开、覆盖安装及正常卸载保护检查，全部 2,655 个应用文件有逐项校验。

真正官方 0.1.25 → 0.1.26 编辑器内升级已通过：从 GitHub 实际下载 106,071,955 字节并校验完整性，一次确认安装，自动重启并在同源恢复工程，没有手动解压或用“打开工程”救援。8 份实际保存文件逐字节相同，保留 150 条观测、12 份原始 SVG、原始 H&E JPEG、5 个历史状态、1 个检查点及 1 份有效未提交数据草稿；完整旧版回滚备份另有核对。在用户明确许可后，隔离验收测试副本已正常关闭并卸载：实际退出码0、四个安装注册视图恢复缺省、测试端口释放，工程、设置及全部验收证据保留。见清理收尾回执。

真实 24MP 照片的源码页面及安装版专测各 12 组通过；保留原图字节，Worker 与既有像素算法逐像素对照一致。用户私图、工程及相关录像保留在本机；新增演示只包含公开 Iris 与获准使用的 H&E。原编辑检查保留 173 次执行中的 172 PASS 和 1 次初始导航超时，其原条件复核通过。

全部 276 次普通性能操作与 92 个 CPU 窗口保留：首对照 5000 图元选择 P95 为 67.8 → 84.6 ms，ABBA 各批有波动；重复大图处理总等待未改善。Worker 减少了主线程像素读回停顿，这些结果不支持所有场景都加速或通用无性能回退的结论。

Figure-Studio-0.1.26-Postrelease-QA.zip 提供公共测试场景截图、原始升级录像及当前说明；完整录像只做了明确时点抽查，不补造未采到的短暂校验画面。初始 Source/QA 仍为构建时快照，本次使用同版本补充记录后续验收，不另发小版本。

自动框选属于几何建议，尚无独立人工标注准确率。几何与显示调整不能代替原仪器文件定量分析。本包未数字签名；本轮没有新增 Windows 中文输入法或全新系统虚拟机验收，PDF 字体嵌入检查仍需人工核对。

保留简约小猫小狗与翡翠水位爱心，改善大型工程选择、改色时的响应；版本信息统一对齐，更新箭头换为细腻高光的翡翠矢量样式。爱心按实际下载字节填充，校验、安装和重新打开仍遵循真实状态。

首次使用直接运行 Setup-x64.exe。受支持安装版以后可在编辑器内按 更新 → 下载并准备更新 → 保存并确认 → 安装并重新打开 升级，无需手动解压或替换文件。Portable 供需要便携运行的用户使用。

已完成 Windows 实际安装、覆盖安装、真实官方 0.1.24 → 0.1.25 编辑器内升级及正常卸载的数据保留验收。升级后工程和设置自动恢复，公开 Iris 工程的150个观测、12个原SVG、历史、检查点及草稿完整保留；F2、一次撤销、保存重开和双主题导出复查通过。

同机同配置5000图元测量中，选择／改色第二次 rAF P95 从116.1／91.7 ms降至89.3／77.6 ms。两版各46次操作完整保留；这是本机回调机会测量，不代表光学延迟或所有设备表现。

本轮在0.1.25收尾，后续需求集中验证后再更新。初始八项资产和tag保持不变，新增 Postrelease QA、交付记录及校验文件补充发布后的实际验收。安装包内说明保留构建时快照，以上链接提供当前说明。未声明新增输入法、图像检测盲测或Mac／移动设备验收。

Windows stable: simple companions, genuine byte-driven jade hearts, aligned version information and improved large-project inspector response. The real official 0.1.24 → 0.1.25 upgrade, complete project/settings restoration, selected scientific/editing regressions and normal-uninstall preservation passed. Original assets remain immutable; additive evidence records the final acceptance.

Carbon 与 Pearl 双主题、降动效和窄窗口均保留可读的进度，280 CSS 像素下宠物尾巴与爱心不会重叠。科研图形、原始数据、工程与编辑流程继续沿用。

首次使用从官方获取 Windows Setup 后直接运行即可，无需解压。受支持的安装版以后可在编辑器内选择更新 → 下载并准备更新 → 保存工程并勾选确认 → 安装并重新打开。便携版或未注册副本使用界面提供的官方 Setup 入口。

2026-10-18 的实际安装版五组选定测试全部通过：P0 72 项、资源入口 4 项、空白工程 1 项、选择操作 5 项、智能选图 16 项。组件的 1001 个比例契约以及实际 Chrome 的双主题、窄窗口和生命周期检查也已通过；受控动效演示不代表真实下载。

候选包实际安装、自检、启动、同版本重装和正常卸载均已通过，实际保存的工程及设置保持原字节。独立候选 5000 图元的 40 次操作测量与 6 次预热全部成功且完整保留；选择/改色 input→second-rAF P95 为 149 / 162 ms，尚无本轮配对加速结论。正式官方 0.1.23 → 0.1.24 升级须在本版公开为稳定版后实测，当前不声明通过，结果将另附验收报告。当前候选证据见截图、原始录像与验收报告。从 0.1.23 升级时下载画面由旧版显示；新爱心在 0.1.24 打开后出现，其下一次真实官方下载仍需后续版本验证。

以上是本轮实际检查的范围，不扩展为全部工作流或新的原生输入法、图像检测准确率验收。原有 v1.4.23 下载文件和历史报告保留原字节。

保留原来圆润、单色的简约小猫，只增加同画风的小狗，并完善悬停、按压、摇尾和轻跳反馈。角色跟随真实更新状态，支持关闭动画及系统降动效；不虚构下载进度。

首次使用： 下载 Windows x64 Setup 安装包，安装后从桌面或开始菜单启动。以后在受支持的安装版中选择 更新 → 下载并准备更新 → 保存工程并勾选确认 → 安装并重新打开，由程序完成下载、校验、安装和重启，无需反复解压、替换目录。

本轮已完成的实际验收：

• Windows 安装与启动、选定科研／编辑回归、同版本重装、正常卸载、原官方 0.1.22 → 0.1.23 手动升级，以及正式应用内升级六项均通过，各项证据保留自己的范围。
• 原官方 0.1.22 客户端完成一次真实下载和一次安装。重启后自动恢复完整工程；150 条公开 Iris 观测、12 份原 SVG、历史、检查点、数据草稿及完整设置均保留。升级前后完整保存文件均为 582496 字节且 SHA256 相同，2624 个旧版回滚备份文件逐一匹配；助手自然退出及后续正常清理通过。
• 选定回归包括 72 项 P0、16 项智能选图，以及边框、坐标轴、预览／取消、撤销、保存重开和导出。双主题科学 SVG／PNG 一致性及重启后的简约猫狗交互通过。
• 5000 图元匹配测量中，选择／改色的输入至第二 rAF P95 分别为 172.9 → 115.2 ms、154.6 → 135.1 ms。每版完整保留 40 个测量样本和 6 次预热；这是单机顺序测量的两项操作，不代表所有编辑操作或设备普遍加速。

验收使用本机 Windows 实际安装和连接真实服务的 Chrome headless；本轮未新增中文输入法人工验收。原八个发行资产和安装包保持原字节，后补验收资料单独提供。

已完成的实际验证

• 源码 95 个组件脚本通过（91 Node、4 Chrome）；原 Windows 安装包完成安装、启动、108 项主套件、双主题 74 项高频编辑和 10 项额外轴检查。
• 60 图／1770 对后台任务在真实运行中取消，编辑与旧复核保留；10000 图元 PDF／SVG 两项导入、编辑、保存重开及导出通过。正常重装／卸载保留工程、设置和哨兵，Iris 150 行与原始 12 个 SVG 变体精确不变。
• 人工微软拼音 6 项实测来自 source18；最终 source20 的轴组合尾事件明确为合成触发，配合真实本机渲染与普通键盘操作，不冒称再次原生 IME 测试。

性能仍有限制：同设备源码浏览器测试中，5000 图元选择／改色第二 rAF P95 为 154.7／195.4 ms，完整八卡为 610.7 ms。部分内部阶段尾部更快；本版不是所有指标均改善，也未达到所有操作低于 100 ms。rAF 为呈现机会指标，不是光学延迟或持续 FPS。完整数据与失败记录见 验收报告、性能报告及 实际操作录像。

升级与证据边界

Setup 和原生 EXE 未签名（NotSigned）；校验和证明文件完整性，不等于发布者数字签名。升级前保存工程 JSON。已使用本地 0.1.22 候选版时，请关闭软件后手动运行正式同版本 Setup；便携版完整解压替换。安装器及原 Source／PublicQA 包保留各自交付时的文档快照；主分支与独立补充包提供本次发布后的实际更新结果，原安装包和原八项资产保持验收原字节。

原官方稳定版 0.1.20、官方预览版 0.1.21 → 0.1.22 的真实下载、校验、安装交接与同会话自动恢复均已完成。 每条流程各下载／安装一次，Iris 150 个观测与 12 原 SVG 不变；21 的 3 个历史状态、1 个检查点及 1 份有效原表草稿精确保留，两次正常卸载保留全部外部数据。

日期化更新验收与完整原录屏保留旧 UI 在安装交接时的 paused／未响应画面、未观测到的短阶段和附加浏览器数量检查失败。旧 helper 的新版 audit／100 ms 生产轮询分支未实测，人工 IME 继续按原阶段报告。

本版提供 Carbon Atelier 深色主题、Pearl Pro 浅色主题、统一界面令牌、当前选中检查器，以及原创缅因猫与边牧更新场景。下载进度来自真实字节，校验、备份及安装阶段沿用现有安全更新器；未知安装进度不显示虚构百分比。科研图表配色、原始数据、项目编辑、图片工具、专业坐标轴和智能选图继续保留。

这是预览发行：5000 图元压力场景的选择／改色尾部延迟仍有退步，尚未满足完整性能验收。稳定渠道继续保留 v1.4.20，本预览不会通过稳定更新渠道自动提供。保存工程 JSON 后，可从本页手动安装体验。

The preview adds Carbon/Pearl themes and original offline companion artwork driven by real updater state. Scientific source data, figure colours and export content remain independent of the interface theme. Final Windows packages and retained-project operations have been exercised; the acceptance archive identifies each artifact and test condition.

The 5,000-element fixture still has selection/colour tail-latency regressions. This preview is therefore not promoted to the stable update channel. Performance data are browser presentation-opportunity measurements, not a claim of continuous 60 fps. New Mac/mobile hardware, OS CPU/GPU utilization, and independent scientific-image detection accuracy are outside this release's verified scope.

The existing editor gains a five-part workflow bar, local command search and contextual image actions. Image borders, duplicate screening, reference display adjustment, overview/detail localization and professional axes are easier to find and operate.

• Store decorative object borders separately from source pixels, with final print pt, batch style, locks and reversible project history.
• Expose explicit duplicate preflight, local example, progress and preserved reviews; reuse bounded, expiring in-process evidence without changing screening thresholds.
• Compare original/adjusted histograms and clipped pixels, inspect image details and refine overview/detail ROIs in source coordinates before Apply.
• Re-render native numerical axes from their data for range, ticks, print geometry and appearance. Imported recognized axes retain safe presentation controls; flattened images do not acquire fictional numerical axes.
• Retain local Figure Discovery, statistical analysis, original editing tools and optional, explicitly triggered Europe PMC searches.

See image-tool instructions, axes instructions, real-source evaluation and acceptance record. Heavy crops and Western blot strips remain known difficult cases. Independent human-labelled blind validation has not been performed. Windows acceptance belongs to this build; shared source changes do not establish new Mac/mobile device validation.

中文入门 · 智能选图指南 · 变更记录 · 验收范围

Windows 程序尚未数字签名；本次验证在本地 Windows x64 完成，未覆盖全新虚拟机及 Windows 10 真机。此次不发布新的 Mac／Android／iOS 包，现有 0.1.18 开发预览保持原版。OpenAlex、复杂混合模型和持久文献缓存尚未实现。

Figure Discovery is now included in the installable Windows desktop app. Upload local CSV/TSV/XLSX data, confirm the study design and experimental unit, compare scientifically eligible actual-data views, and apply one to the existing editor. The desktop interface bundles its Python runtime and requires no system Python, Node.js, Codex or API key. CLI discovery separately requires Node.js 18+.

The Skill, CLI and Studio share a versioned local rule engine. Optional, user-triggered Europe PMC searches distinguish verified captions from topic-only papers. Original data remain local. The release includes actual installed-package acceptance reports, checksums, bilingual onboarding, source suite and portable Skill. Windows builds are unsigned; no clean-VM or new physical mobile-device acceptance is claimed, and published Mac/Android previews remain at 0.1.18.

Figure Studio 0.1.18 improves imported-text copying, font brushing and grouped alignment. It builds on 0.1.17 and retains its existing editing, layer, paper-frame and update features. Plotting, statistics and image screening run locally.

Public downloads do not require a GitHub account. The Windows desktop package includes its runtime; no separate Python installation, AI account or API key is needed. Save a project JSON before upgrading. Mac and Android downloads are separate development previews.

What changed

• Groups align as complete objects. Six alignment actions and equal spacing use each group's outer bounds, preserving the relative positions of its contents. A lock protects the whole group. To align internal objects independently, ungroup first; selecting a single group no longer aligns its members onto each other.
• Copy and paste editable text without rearranging the original figure. Paste into the current panel or another cell using separate insertion records. Existing artwork, paper bounds and empty-cell track sizes remain unchanged. Transformed PDF text keeps its physical size for later font changes, resizing, nudging and export; sidebar and canvas size measurements agree.
• Choose what the format painter copies. Select font family, size, bold/italic, colour and spacing independently. Keep an imported font family and fallback list even when absent from the font menu, or explicitly choose Arial / Times New Roman. This does not install missing fonts. Opaque RGBA, percentage RGB and inherited currentColor are recognized; unsupported paint keeps the target colour while other chosen styles apply.
• Continue editing without an extra confirmation key. Quick font-size and colour inputs commit on blur, change or Enter, without duplicate undo entries. Old previews cannot overwrite a newer state. Asynchronous clipboard operations check project and destination ownership; denied system-clipboard permission leaves internal editable copying available.
• Reduce unnecessary work during keyboard adjustments. Nudging skips measurements of unrelated objects and continues from committed geometry. Existing indexing, coalesced autosave and virtualized layers remain available. These changes do not guarantee a particular frame rate for every file or device.

Validation and platform scope

The final frozen source passed 113 JavaScript command checks, 34 Python check commands and all eight CI jobs. Fresh offline WASM runs passed eight scientific checks and 13 image-link checks with zero network requests. Browser acceptance used actual local editable-PDF import, same-panel copy/paste, 18 pt Arial text followed by keyboard nudging, two-line grouped alignment, project save/reopen, and actual SVG / 600 dpi TIFF downloads.

The Windows installer passed isolated installation, reinstall, uninstall, frozen-runtime self-tests and a real 0.1.17 → 0.1.18 cover upgrade with preserved test data and settings. The separate updater check used the production updater with local byte-stream transport and a QA handoff adapter; it is not evidence of public-download or browser-click installation. Package hashes and exact evidence scope are recorded in this release's WINDOWS-VALIDATION.json, release-verification.json and SHA256SUMS.txt.

Mac previews require macOS 15+, with separate Apple silicon and Intel archives, ad-hoc signing only, no Developer ID signing or Apple notarization. Android remains a development preview; portrait-tablet visual readiness is not certified. There is no installable iPhone/iPad IPA or TestFlight build. This release's iPad recording shows that saving and readback completed, but simulator acceptance then failed when XCTest could not discover the already visible Open saved project control through accessibility; subsequent Files reimport and restart checks did not run. The cause is not established as test-only, and older successful runs do not replace this failure. The iPhone restart screenshot also retains an uncertified paper-handle appearance issue. Windows 用户可直接下载上方安装包或便携 ZIP，不需要 GitHub 账号，也无需另外安装 Python、注册 AI 账号或填写 API 密钥。升级前请另存工程 JSON；Mac 和 Android 使用单独的开发预览发行。

• 组合按整体对齐。 六向对齐和等距分布使用组合的完整外框，保持内部元素的相对位置，锁定时保护整组。只有一个组合时，不再把内部元素互相叠到一起；要单独对齐内部元素，请先取消组合。
• 复制粘贴可编辑文字，保留原图。 可直接粘贴到当前小图，也可先选其他格子；内容通过独立插入记录添加，已有图形、母版边界和空格行列尺寸保留。带变换的 PDF 文字保持实际字号，侧栏与画布字号一致，随后换字体、缩放、微调和导出使用相同尺度。
• 格式刷可以选择刷取范围。 分别选择字体、字号、加粗／斜体、颜色和间距；可保留菜单中没有的导入字体名称及回退列表，或明确换为 Arial／Times New Roman，不会安装本机缺失字体。不透明 RGBA、百分比 RGB 和 currentColor 可取样，不支持的颜色保留目标原样，其他勾选格式仍会生效。
• 修改后可以接着操作。 快速字号和颜色离开输入框、change 或 Enter 即提交，不会重复增加撤销步骤，旧预览不会覆盖新状态。异步复制粘贴核对工程和目标位置，系统剪贴板权限被拒绝时仍可内部复制。方向键微调减少测量无关元素，继续沿用索引、合并自动保存与按需图层刷新；不承诺所有文件、设备都达到固定帧率。

最终冻结源码通过 113 条 JavaScript 检查、34 条 Python 检查及全部八个 CI 作业；全新离线 WASM 验证通过八项科研检查和 13 项图像关联检查，网络请求均为零。浏览器实际验收覆盖可编辑 PDF 导入、当前格复制粘贴、18 pt Arial 后接方向键微调、两行文字组合对齐、工程保存／重开，以及真实 SVG 和 600 dpi TIFF 下载。

Windows 安装包完成隔离安装、重装、卸载、打包运行库自检和 0.1.17 → 0.1.18 实际覆盖升级，测试工程与设置保留。独立更新器验收使用生产更新逻辑、本地字节流和 QA 接手适配，不等同于从公开链接下载后点击网页完成安装；成品哈希与精确范围见本发行附件 WINDOWS-VALIDATION.json、release-verification.json 和 SHA256SUMS.txt。

Mac 预览要求 macOS 15+，分 Apple 芯片／Intel 包，仅有 ad-hoc 签名，尚无 Developer ID 签名或 Apple 公证。Android 仍为开发预览，平板竖屏视觉布局未认证；目前没有可安装的 iPhone／iPad IPA 或 TestFlight 包。本次 iPad 录像表明保存与回读已经完成，但 XCTest 无法通过无障碍接口识别已显示的 Open saved project 按钮，模拟器验收因此失败，后续真实 Files 重导入和重启检查没有执行。尚不能认定只是测试工具问题，也不会用旧版成功记录替代本次失败。iPhone 重启截图的母版控制柄外观也仍未认证。详见原生预览范围、完整更新说明和Windows 入门。

Figure Studio 0.1.17 improves editing responsiveness for larger imported figures, font replacement and update progress. It builds on the published 0.1.16 source and retains its existing features.

Public release downloads do not require a GitHub account. Preview packages retain the platform limits below; there is no installable iPhone/iPad package.

Changes

• Reuse SVG element indexes when applying many edits, instead of repeatedly searching the entire imported figure. Native text, paths and shapes remain editable.
• Combine rapid autosaves and defer storage work until the current edit can be displayed. Keep complete undo history, drafts and checkpoints, with separate ownership for projects opened while a write is pending.
• Refresh layer rows when their content or selection changes, preserving search, visibility and lock controls.
• Trim each edge of the master paper frame independently without stretching the artwork. Fit the frame to visible content without extra padding or restore the full paper; locked content cannot be cropped away.
• Apply font-family changes to positioned PDF text, including imported font names with fallback lists. Use portable font fallbacks when an imported face is unavailable, while preserving partial italics, bold, subscripts and superscripts.
• Show update progress with a small ink-style cat, actual download bytes and separate download, verification, preparation and installation stages. Reduced-motion settings are respected; normal installation handoff is not presented as failure, while real errors stay visible.
• Retain marquee and batch unlocking, font-preserving aspect restoration, top/left resize handles, object alignment/distribution, paragraph spacing and indents, direct file drops, image tools, local statistics and editable exports from 0.1.16.

Verification and platform scope

Source regression checks cover 5,000 edited vector objects with bounded key-index scans, coalesced autosaves with deliberately slow storage, project switching, stale failures and marker conflicts. Master-frame checks cover retained vector, label and inset geometry, locked bounds, and continued insertion, keyboard nudging and resizing after cropping. Existing text, statistics, image-color, selection, import and export integrations have also passed. These checks use synthetic fixtures; they do not establish a frame rate on every computer or device.

Use this release's attached WINDOWS-VALIDATION.json and release-verification.json for the Windows and skill-package acceptance scope and hashes. Native previews have their own NATIVE-MANIFEST.json and NATIVE-VALIDATION.json. These package-specific records are the authority for each build; source checks, browser checks and older package reports do not certify a new package.

Windows supports local plotting, analysis and image screening without uploading research data. Mac packages remain development previews without Developer ID signing or Apple notarization, for the matching Apple silicon or Intel architecture on macOS 15 or later. Android previews require Android 8 or later and a capable current WebView. Mobile editable-PDF import remains unavailable in the browser/WASM engine. No installable iPhone/iPad IPA or TestFlight build is included; physical-device behavior is not certified by desktop or simulator tests. See the device guide and native validation scope. • 快速连续操作合并自动保存，先显示当前修改，再处理存储；保留完整撤销记录、数据草稿和保存版本，切换工程时不会把旧工程的保存结果当作新工程状态。
• 图层栏按实际内容与选择变化刷新，保留搜索、显示／隐藏和锁定操作。
• 母版纸张的四边可分别收紧白边，不会把图形拉伸变形；贴合可见内容时不额外添加白边，也可恢复完整母版，锁定内容不能被裁掉。
• 修复带逐字定位及字体回退列表的 PDF 文字替换字体；原字体不可用时使用可移植字体回退，保留局部斜体、加粗、上下标等科学字符格式。
• 更新界面采用简洁的水墨小猫，按实际下载字节显示进度，清楚区分下载、校验、准备和安装；尊重减少动态效果设置，正常安装接手不误报失败，真实错误仍明确显示。
• 保留 0.1.16 的框选批量解锁、保留字体字号的比例还原、顶部／左侧拖动、对象对齐与分布、段落间距与缩进、文件直接拖入、图像工具、本地统计与可编辑导出。

源码回归已覆盖 5,000 个可编辑矢量对象的索引工作量，以及慢存储、连续修改、切换工程、过期失败和缓存冲突下的自动保存；母版检查覆盖矢量图、图号、局部放大图和锁定边界，并核对裁切后继续插入、方向键微调及缩放。相关文字、统计、颜色、选择、导入和导出集成也已通过。这些合成测试不代表所有设备上的帧率。

Windows 与技能包的具体成品验收范围、哈希以本次发行附件 WINDOWS-VALIDATION.json、release-verification.json 为准；原生预览版另以 NATIVE-MANIFEST.json、NATIVE-VALIDATION.json 记录。源码检查、浏览器检查和旧版本报告都不能替代相应新成品包的验收。
