This release contains 1 bug fix and 2 other changes.
Important change: fixes the aggregate-package regression introduced in v0.3.15 — the child-mount gate misread the boot payload wire shape (boot entries only carry client-bundle package ids, never patch row ids or enable state), which hid the entire dsh-web plugin family settings UI (Web plugins, Skin Center, Workshop, Pet, Task Board, Usage, Session Archive, and more) after an aggregate install. This release restores the v0.3.14 mounting semantics; #1372 (hide UI entry points of disabled family rows) is thereby reverted and stays open until the host provides a real row-state signal.
