tests/fixtures/golden-ledgers/unit-basic/events.log was excluded by the
global '*.log' rule and never committed, while gp1-golden-replay and
w1-gate-e2e T1.5 copyfile it at runtime - CI ENOENT (local passes only
because a stale generated copy existed in the feature worktree).

- negate the rule for fixture ledgers in .gitignore
- commit generated events.log + same-generation snapshots/report.txt
  (report embeds per-run UUIDs, must pair with its ledger)
