This is a transcription of most of the NIB from the spec and a demo implementation of the RX side of the stack.
Some bookkeeping is done in the form of maintaining a NWK <-> EUI64 mapping, frame counter rollback protection, and decryption using a hard-coded network key.
This is enough to decrypt and log traffic from a running Zigbee network using the provided testing tool.
