Universal macOS build (Apple Silicon + Intel).

This build is not signed or notarized by Apple, so Gatekeeper
will refuse it on first launch. After dragging the app to
/Applications, clear the quarantine attribute:

xattr -cr "/Applications/Claude Code Manager.app"

(Or right-click the app → Open → Open.) You only need to do
this once per install. Building from source with make install
avoids this entirely.
