/wf <task/mission>: command accepts required task arg.
/wf-max [task]: renamed from /wf max, optional task arg.
Remove wf-mode as standalone slash command.
CEO must not call EnterPlanMode — delegate to planner subagents.
Sync all triggers across docs, validators, and templates.
