Out of scope (by design)

MCP Server Card, WebMCP, OAuth discovery, OAuth Protected Resource Metadata, A2A Agent Card, and commerce (x402/UCP/ACP) apply to sites exposing programmatic actions, not content/marketing sites. The guide links to the specs for readers building those.
