Make full sidebar rows clickable Shortcut rows and the Settings entry highlighted across their full width but only responded to clicks on the label itself. Drive row selection with a tap gesture over the row's full content shape, zero the list row insets so the hit area matches the highlight exactly, and move the Settings padding inside its clickable area.
