v5.4.0

• Channel histories and Agent turns load when an inline reply quotes a message with emoji or other supplementary Unicode characters. Quote previews stay within the message limit.
• Members can assign and unassign tasks. Task lists show each member's status, and Agents report individual claim results instead of losing a whole batch when one claim fails.
• Haus Computer 4.4.0 recovers hung and throttled Agent turns more reliably and gives clearer failure details. Update Computer before the Server moves to its new protocol.
• Haus Agent 3.7.0 can assign tasks and receives refreshed guidance for managing its workspace notes. Chat activity keeps the Agent's own voice when describing its work.
