🎯 What: Extracted the duplicated JSON parsing try-catch blocks and type checks from updateCell and updateCells inside WasmDatabaseEngine.ts into a new, reusable parseJsonValueForPatching helper method inside json-utils.ts.

💡 Why: Having multiple identical try-catch blocks and inline type checks across different methods leads to code duplication, making the codebase harder to maintain and increasing the risk of inconsistent bug fixes in the future. Consolidating the logic simplifies the SQLite update methods and provides a single, cohesive parsing strategy.

✅ Verification: Verified changes visually with git diff. Re-ran the test suite ensuring the new method and refactored code correctly pass all 430 existing tests.

✨ Result: Improved maintainability and reduced code complexity inside WasmDatabaseEngine.ts without modifying functional behavior.
