esp_simd v1.0.2 – High-Level SIMD Library for ESP32-S3

1. Minor performance improvements in some float functions by moving instructions and optimizing data hazards.

• vec_sum()
• vec_mac()
• vec_dotp()

2. Added vec_convert() for widening vectors (e.g. DTYPE_INT8 -> DTYPE_INT16)

• currently only widening operations are supported. Float conversions and narrow operations pending later releases.

3. Added MIT license to readme, somehow forgotten in the first two releases.
