This update expands VNC into a focused standalone workflow, keeps terminal live displays current in the background, and makes Windows X11/XDMCP image paste and WPS window controls reliable.

Important fixes

  • Fixed live terminal counters and progress displays appearing frozen after Terma was minimized, hidden to the tray, or switched to another workspace tab. Sessions now keep processing output in the background and repaint immediately when shown again.
  • Fixed local clipboard images appearing as �PNG in remote applications when image data was mistaken for text. Terma now keeps text and image clipboard formats separate throughout synchronization.
  • Fixed the hidden VNC full-screen toolbar sometimes failing to appear when the pointer reached the top edge. A 1px top-edge target now reveals it without blocking nearby controls, and VNC dialogs, menus, and notifications remain visible during content full screen.
  • Fixed detached VNC windows and system-client launch failures falling back to generic or English Electron errors. Terma now validates the VNC profile before opening the window, rechecks the installed local client before launch, and shows the failure in the current interface language.
  • Fixed WPS windows launched through Windows X11 forwarding whose minimize and drag actions did nothing and whose maximize click could close the window. Minimize, maximize/restore, and dragging now work without changing the normal X11 multi-window layout.
  • Fixed local screenshots failing to paste into WPS and other Windows X11/XDMCP applications, or being replaced by an empty text entry. Terma now provides only valid image formats and keeps the verified image available while the target application completes the paste.

Important additions

  • VNC detection and connected-viewer toolbars can open the desktop in a separate Terma window that contains only the VNC toolbar and remote screen. Each VNC connection now keeps only one active viewer: switching from built-in VNC returns the main tab to detection and management, while opening built-in VNC closes the matching separate window. Reopening the separate view focuses its existing window instead of creating duplicates. The native window keeps its title bar and taskbar-aware maximize behavior, while VNC content full screen remains a separate mode.
  • VNC content full screen now keeps the toolbar visible by default and changes the control to an exit action. The preference under General settings can always show it, always hide it with Esc exit, or reveal it when the pointer reaches the top edge; in edge mode, the toolbar remains visible for half a second after the pointer leaves.
  • Built-in VNC sessions now synchronize PNG clipboard images in both directions automatically by default. The option can be disabled per VNC connection and runs only while Terma is in the foreground and the linked SSH helper supports xclip or wl-clipboard.
  • SSH and other connection editors now provide Save only, Save and close, and Save and open actions. Connection-backed workspace tabs also offer Edit connection in their context menu, while temporary connections remain excluded.

本次更新把 VNC 扩展为更专注的独立窗口工作流，保证终端实时画面在后台继续更新，并完善 Windows X11/XDMCP 的图片粘贴和 WPS 窗口控制。

重要修复

  • 修复 Terma 最小化、隐藏到托盘或切换到其他工作区标签后，带实时计时和进度的终端程序可能停留在旧画面的问题。会话现在会在后台继续处理输出，重新显示时立即刷新。
  • 修复图片数据被误当作文本同步，导致本机剪贴板图片粘贴到远端应用后显示为 �PNG 的问题。Terma 现在会在整个同步过程中严格区分文本和图片格式。
  • 修复 VNC 内部全屏选择顶部边界显示后，鼠标移到顶部仍可能无法显示快捷栏的问题。现在使用仅 1px 的顶部热区可靠触发，不再挡住附近控件，全屏期间的弹窗、菜单和通知也会正常显示在画面上方。
  • 修复 VNC 独立窗口和系统客户端启动失败时退化为通用请求错误或 Electron 英文错误的问题。现在会在打开窗口前校验 VNC 配置、启动前重新探测本机客户端，并按当前界面语言显示原因。
  • 修复 Windows X11 转发下 WPS 的最小化、拖动无效，以及点击最大化可能直接关闭窗口的问题。现在最小化、最大化/还原和拖动都能正常使用，同时保持原有 X11 多窗口布局。
  • 修复本机截图无法粘贴到 WPS 和其他 Windows X11/XDMCP 应用，或被替换成空文本的问题。Terma 现在只提供有效图片格式，并在目标应用完成粘贴前保留已校验的图片。

重要新增

  • VNC 探测界面和已连接工具栏都可把桌面打开到独立 Terma 窗口，仅显示 VNC 工具栏与远程画面。每条 VNC 连接现在只保留一个活动查看器：从内置 VNC 切到独立窗口时，主标签会关闭内置会话并返回探测与管理；重新打开内置 VNC 时会关闭对应独立窗口；重复打开独立窗口只会聚焦现有窗口，不再产生多个副本。原生窗口保留标题栏，并使用不会覆盖 Windows 任务栏的最大化；VNC 内容全屏继续作为独立模式。
  • VNC 内容全屏默认保留快捷栏，并把全屏按钮切换为退出操作；通用设置可选择始终显示、始终隐藏并按 Esc 退出，或鼠标移到顶部边界时显示；顶部边界模式下，鼠标移出后会继续保留 500 毫秒再收起。
  • 内置 VNC 默认自动双向同步 PNG 剪贴板图片；可在每个 VNC 连接中单独关闭，仅在 Terma 位于前台且关联 SSH 辅助支持 xclip 或 wl-clipboard 时运行。
  • SSH 和其他连接编辑页新增“仅保存”“保存并关闭”和“保存并打开”；由连接创建的工作区标签右键菜单也可直接“编辑连接”，临时连接不会显示该入口。
