Added

• Added planned term succession for separate future license periods on one purchase
  order. Sourcing and pending-order lines can be linked before conversion;
  conversion validates their final dates and creates the renewal chain together.
  License Details now shows the chain, including upcoming terms. Invoices for
  linked multi-term orders default to one license during conversion.
• Added a selectable, collapsible license list when initiating a renewal for
  several licenses sharing a PO and end date. Siblings can be excluded, or all
  selected and cleared at once.
• Added Secondary Contacts to License Overview columns and CSV exports, a
  scheduled-retirement countdown, searchable long filter lists, and pinned
  registry controls and column headers while scrolling.

• Made license-line forms consistent across manual creation, sourcing, pending
  orders, and conversion. Maintenance companions and additional lines retain
  their fields; cost centre and budget owner can be set per line, with an
  apply-to-all option. Non-expiring types now determine perpetual status.
• Aligned procurement document and overview layouts, moved term-succession
  actions into line editors, and reordered License Details fields for review.
• Made Column Categories update a starred default saved view when one is set,
  so List View changes appear when License Overview opens. Standardized the
  license finance label to Cost Centre.

Fixed

• Corrected included-maintenance details on license creation and maintenance
  and additional-line fields in procurement forms. Renewal POs no longer copy
  the predecessor's invoice number into the new purchase.
• Kept multi-invoice CSV cells unambiguous on export and import, and aligned
  procurement grouping across frontend totals and exports.
• Rejected old human bearer tokens without a recorded login session, restored
  near-expiry refresh after inactivity throttling, and scoped cross-tab session
  coordination to the current login.
• Made webhook workers claim deliveries atomically and catch up scheduled jobs
  missed while the scheduler was busy.
