Fixes duplicate EXP ids when merging rule batches (found by the marathon run; regression test added). Adds examples/marathon: a real self-evolution marathon (reflect → extract → evolve ×2 → touch → tool-verify → score) with a growth diary. CLI 13/13 + plugin 6/6 + packed runtime smoke.
