dsh-shelf v0.4.0 - now a real DSH plugin + zstd export

New:

  • DSH plugin wrapper: dsh plugin --profile web add github:zoahdev/dsh-shelf opens the panel bound to the active profile (committed lib/, no build at install).
  • Zstandard export: node:zlib decode (Node >= 22.19) for compressed session logs.
  • Shared zero-dependency server module reused by CLI and plugin.

Tests: 10/10 engine tests (zstd decode regression included) + web smoke.
