dsh-shelf v0.5.0 - stats that look good

New:

  • report --format html: self-contained offline dashboard (per-day bars, plain/zstd split, total bytes, largest sessions). Shareable, zero deps.
  • Web panel: daily activity chart (last 14 days) above the session list.
  • New engine APIs: topSessions, renderReportHtml (+ /api/report for the panel).

Tests: 12/12 (topSessions sorting + HTML dashboard regression).
