1.2.2 — Green CI on release tags

The v1.2.1 tag shipped with a red CI run: the preview smoke test still pinned the
1.2.0 version string. This patch reads the expected version from
package.json, so the guard follows the release instead of the other way around.
No plugin behavior changes.

Fixed

• scripts/preview-smoke.mjs no longer hardcodes the previous version in the
  state and diagnostics-report assertions (it reads package.json), so the
  syntax + tests job passes on release tags again.

1.2.1 — Reload-proof HUD

The release that makes a reload boring: the HUD keeps following the conversation
that is actually working, and the toolchain now guards terminology and the
Windows capsule in CI.

Fixed

• State survives a reload: on startup the plugin replays the last 50 events of
  every watched conversation, so a turn that had already started when the plugin
  (re)loaded shows up as running from the first poll (≤500 ms) instead of waiting
  for the next turn/start. A replay window without turn/start never marks a
  conversation as running.

Docs & tests

• docs/TERMS.md terminology guide plus scripts/check-terms.mjs (5 rules, 6
  files), wired into npm run check.
• Real-machine acceptance: 25 CDP checks against the live deck; README screenshots
  refreshed and capsule / diagnostics images added.
• node --test: 22 tests (4 replay cases).

This release also carries 1.0.1 (HUD follows any running conversation) and 1.1.0 (self-check diagnostics, shareable view links, one-tap capsule, idle write cadence), which were never published on their own.

The "less friction" release: the settings page reads top-down, feedback looks
the same wherever it happens, the desktop capsule answers the pointer, and the
activity stream stops repeating itself. No new surfaces — the existing ones got
quieter and easier to trust.

• Settings → 自检与诊断 now works in npm run preview: the preview server
  serves a diagnostics mock (8 checks + report), so UI work can be checked in a
  browser without restarting DSH (D2)
• scripts/preview-smoke.mjs: a 26-check smoke test that boots the preview
  server and exercises the page, state, capsule, bridge, diagnostics and stream
  endpoints (D3)
• Capsule hover feedback (Windows): the collapsed capsule fades in a thin ring
  and lifts slightly on hover; while approvals wait the resting border turns
  amber and the hover ring brightens. 140 ms in / 180 ms out; click, drag and
  the chevron zone are unchanged (A4)
• The activity stream folds back-to-back identical tool calls into one row with
  a ×N badge (the tooltip keeps the folded commands) and drops empty detail
  segments (B1)

• Settings page hierarchy (A1): connection/device cards first, then capsule,
  self-check, notifications, aliases and about; every card shares the same
  header chrome, and narrow screens keep the same order
• Feedback tone and timing unified (A2): toast knows ok/warn/error with
  2.4 s / 3.6 s / 4.8 s dwell, every inline failure uses the same alert block,
  and failure copy names the next step
• A stale ?s= share link returns to the automatic view silently; only a
  session the user picked by hand gets the explanation (D4)
• ?focus=approvals deep links wait up to 3 frames / 5 s for the approval gate,
  then drop the intent silently instead of leaving a pending focus (D5)

Fixed

• ?focus=approvals could be consumed by the first frame before the approval
  arrived, leaving the deck without a focus target (D5)
• The preview server lacked /api/diagnostics, so the settings self-check was
  always red in npm run preview (D2)

Tests

• npm test: 18 cases (frame-signature helpers, capsule focus, diagnostics helpers)
• npm run smoke: 26 preview checks; npm run check: 9 asset guards
  (ps1 BOM / encoding / line endings, css braces, version consistency)
• CI also runs the asset guards, the preview smoke and a Windows PowerShell
  parse job
• Headless Edge acceptance: 53 checks covering D4/D5, A1 order at three widths,
  A2 failure tones and B1 folding
