Borderless mode now works when a mod such as Archthrones starts the game in exclusive fullscreen.

With EnableBorderless on, the swap chain stays windowed and the game covers the monitor without a title bar. Set it to 0 to leave fullscreen exclusive. Windowed borderless is otherwise the same as before.

The Linux pattern scan and the high-FPS sprint fix are unchanged. Install D3DCompiler_43.dll next to DarkSoulsIII.exe. An existing ini only needs EnableBorderless = 1.
