Windows 10/11 x64: download EngineLab-0.2.0-win64.zip, extract it anywhere and run EngineLab.exe. Nothing else to install.

The executable is not code-signed: if SmartScreen warns about an unknown publisher, choose More info → Run anyway. The .sha256 file holds the archive checksum.
