Introduces version 0.8.0, adding support for Flutter 3.32.0.

Implements barrier dismiss handling for alerts on Android. Adds a `cancelable` option (defaults to `true`) to control whether tapping outside the dialog dismisses it. Dismissing via barrier tap returns "cancel".

Updates the example app to use the latest Flutter version.
