Add a post-install hook Job that seeds the admin account automatically
on first helm install, removing the manual kubectl exec step. Fix the
image helper to prepend "v" to appVersion matching the release workflow
tag format. Bump chart to 0.1.2.

Bug Fixes

• Fix Helm hook ordering and failed job cleanup

Make the chart-managed Secret a pre-install/pre-upgrade hook (weight -10)
so it exists before the migration job (weight -5) runs. Add hook-failed
delete policy to both hook jobs so failed jobs are cleaned up automatically
on retry.

• Switch PostgreSQL image to bitnamilegacy for versioned tags

bitnamisecure/postgresql only publishes :latest with no versioned tags,
causing ImagePullBackOff when the Bitnami subchart requests a specific
version. Switch to bitnamilegacy/postgresql which retains versioned tags.
Remove the global.security.allowInsecureImages workaround.
