New install patterns

• itemWrapper presenters (install/patterns/itemwrapper-presenters.md) — wrap each lua.ViewList item in a presenter object that carries per-item methods and reactive UI state, kept separate from the domain data. Covers the binding, the presenter, the list-item viewdef, and the reference-equality identity-preservation rule.
• ui-code nonce (install/patterns/ui-code-nonce.md) — append a transition-bumped nonce to ui-code strings so change detection re-fires the JS on every intended transition; pairs with ?priority=low when the JS reads sibling ui-attr- state.
