Clonecord uses your Discord token to make API calls directly to Discord's REST API (discord.com/api). Your token is never sent to any external server. All requests go to Discord itself. However, using any Vencord plugin carries inherent risks — only install plugins from sources you trust.
Yes. In the clone modal, you can toggle each option independently. Uncheck "Roles" and only channels will be cloned.

- Overwrite: Deletes all channels, roles, stickers, and soundboard sounds in the target server, then clones everything from the source. Cannot be undone.
- Resume: Only adds items that don't exist yet in the target server. Nothing is deleted. Safe for interrupted clones.
Stickers and soundboard sounds are limited by the target server's boost level. New servers start at Level 0 (5 sticker slots, 8 soundboard slots). Items that exceed the limit are skipped with a warning.
Onboarding requires both Channels and Roles to be enabled. This is because onboarding references channels and roles that must exist first.
No. You can only clone from any server, but you can only clone into servers you own (or create a new server).
Yes — custom emojis are automatically detected from role names, channel names/topics, onboarding prompts, and the guild description, then cloned to the target server.
The clone will be interrupted. You can use Resume mode on the target server to continue where it left off — only missing items will be added.
