Provenance correction

ForgeLine 0.10.1 corrects forge --version --json install-origin reporting for ordinary site-packages installs. The command now reports site-packages, direct-url, editable, or source-tree according to the active distribution rather than defaulting to source-tree.

All 0.10.0 QA-safety repairs remain unchanged.

Validation: 64 passed, 1 platform-dependent TypeScript scaffold test skipped; twine check passed; a fresh wheel install reported its local artifact as direct-url.
