P0 safety repair

  • forge architect now fails closed on existing targets and returns structured JSON instead of a transition traceback.
  • --dry-run reports create, conflict, overwrite, and hash details without writing files.
  • --force creates timestamped backups and the scaffold transaction restores prior files after a write failure.
  • Python, TypeScript, and TSX use extension-specific scaffold and architecture checks; unsupported extensions are rejected.
  • CI compiles generated TypeScript with tsc --noEmit.

Upgrade: pip install -U code-factory-2-forge==0.9.2
