feat(oauth): add Kiro (AWS CodeWhisperer) login to WebUI

Expose Kiro OAuth in the management WebUI. Kiro uses the AWS SSO OIDC
device authorization flow (Builder ID by default, IAM Identity Center
when a start URL is provided), so it returns a user code + verification
URL and polls for completion rather than using the redirect-callback
flow other providers use.

- oauth.ts: add kiro provider, idcStartURL/region start options, user_code
- OAuthPage: kiro card with optional IDC start URL + region inputs, user
  code display, state preserved across re-login
- authFiles: kiro icon + type color so auth-file listing/filter/usage works
- kiro.svg icon + kiro_* i18n keys across en/zh-CN/zh-TW/ru
