Caution

SHU compatibility firmware limits

Do not use SHU compatible with these VCU versions or newer:

  • F3 VCU 1.6.3
  • G3 VCU 1.6.3
  • ZT3 VCU 1.5.9
  • GT3 — not supported at any version

The CLI does not check the installed version for you. Check it before continuing.

The launcher menus now match the GUI layout.

What's changed

  • Flash Slot 0 moved to the main menu as option 4.
  • Flash SHU Compatible moved to the Advanced menu as option 1.
  • The scripts moved with them: flash_slot0 is now in the toolkit root and flash_compat is in special/. Update any shortcuts that call them directly.
  • The default connection mode is now A (was B). If you use a C45 or Power-race setup, select your mode again in the launcher.
  • Linux and macOS: restored the executable bit on all scripts and the bundled OpenOCD.

Validation

Backup, Flash Slot 0 and Flash SHU Compatible were run on real hardware in mode A from the relocated scripts on Windows, Linux and macOS.
